Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days within the contiguous U.S. Larger items (fans, heaters, large humidifiers) may ship via freight and take 7–20 business days. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

2. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Free standard shipping is available on all orders of $39 or more.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous U.S.?
Currently, we ship to the contiguous 48 states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Fans: Typically 100–400 sq ft depending on size and CFM rating.
Heaters: Typically 150–500 sq ft depending on wattage (standard 1,500W covers ~150 sq ft).
Humidifiers: Varies from 200–600 sq ft depending on output (gallons per day).

Safety & Compliance

8. What safety standards do your products meet?

Fans: UL 507 certified (mechanical hazards, electrical safety, stability) + FCC compliant.
Heaters: UL 1278 certified (tip-over protection, surface temperature limits, overheating safeguards) + CPSC compliant. Heaters above 850W include required warning tags.
Humidifiers: UL 998 certified (electrical safety, leakage current, water tank integrity) + FCC compliant.

9. What energy efficiency requirements apply?
All applicable products are certified and registered in the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) CCMS database. Fans and heaters are among the appliance categories covered by DOE standards. Some products display an energy label showing estimated annual energy consumption and operating costs.

10. How do I care for my fan?

Unplug before cleaning. Wipe exterior with a soft, damp cloth.
Clean blades and grilles with a soft brush or vacuum attachment.
Do not immerse in water.
Lubricate motor as indicated in the manual.

11. How do I care for my heater?

Unplug and allow to cool before cleaning.
Vacuum intake and outlet grilles to remove dust.
Wipe exterior with a dry cloth. Do not use water or liquids.
Check cord for damage regularly.
Store in a dry place when not in use.

12. How do I care for my humidifier?

Empty and rinse the water tank daily to prevent bacterial growth.
Descale regularly with a vinegar solution to remove mineral deposits.
Clean with mild soap and rinse thoroughly.
Replace filters as recommended by the manufacturer.
Store with a dry tank to prevent mold.
